Where are you located?
Our main location is at 323 N. Conway Ave. Mission, TX. We also have appliance stores located in Pharr, TX., Weslaco, TX., and Edinburg, TX.
Do you offer free delivery?
Of course! We offer free delivery with all online purchases. Our deliver area is limited to the Rio Grande Valley. We deliver from South Padre Island to Rio Grande City, and from Brownsville to Edinburg.
Do you offer free installation?
Our delivery includes installation of appliances if requested. All installations include: Placement of appliance where you request (if area is accessible), verify that your outlet type matches with the appliance cord (Please allow 24 hours for refrigerator to reach temperature.), reversal of door handles (if requested at time of purchase), leveling of appliance, testing of appliance to ensure proper operation.
*Please note that we do not install any gas powered appliances, like dryers and ranges.
Do you sell refurbished appliances?
While most customers want brand new appliances, we also sell refurbished and scratch-and-dent appliances at a lower price.
Do you offer repair services?
Yes, we do offer repair services on major appliances, such as stoves, refrigerators, and water heaters.
How much would you charge for an appliance inspection?
Our inspection service cost $69.99 for appliances like stoves and washers, and $99.99 for larger appliances like refrigerators.
Do you offer warranties on your appliances?
Yes, they do! All our new appliances come with manufacturer warranties. Our refurbished appliances come with a 5 year warranty. See our Warranty page for more details.
Do you offer financing?
We offer financing through Snap Finance. Itβs a great way to get the appliances you need with flexible payment options. You can apply for Snap Finance, in the checkout area, when you are ready to make your purchase.
