Warranty
Trevino Appliance herein after referred to as “The Company”.
Customer must provide proof of purchase for warranty to be valid. If the customer requests warranty service and the problem
is caused by the customer (such as clogged drain, improperly installed water hoses, unleveled appliance, blown circuit breaker, bad electricity, etc.) then the customer will be responsible for the cost of the service call. There are no refunds.
If you take your appliance home in your own vehicle you understand that only major mechanical errors are covered under the warranty. If you lay the appliance down or cosmetically damage the appliance it is not covered under this warranty. Please discuss proper handling with an associate. If you damage the item during transit or installation, it is not The Company responsibility to repair or replace the product.
Ice makers, water dispensers and self-cleaning modes are not tested before purchase and are not warranted under any circumstance.
Limit of liability: The Company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by appliance failure including, but not limited to,
fire, flooding, personal injury, death, and damage to personal or real property such as spoiled food or any other liability whatsoever. The following is specifically excluded from warranty coverage: misuse, abuse, improper transportation, installation or operation of the appliance, modification of the appliance or damage to the appliance due to negligence of the customer.
Trade-ins: If you have a trade in, or The Company offers free removal of your old appliance, you understand that The Company
will attempt to resell your old appliance. You waive ownership of this appliance as soon as you trade it in or removed from your property.
Delivery fee is for one trip only. If you are not home at the time of the delivery The Company will not install any appliances or go
into your house for any reason, including the removal of your old appliances. Your purchase will be placed on the front porch, drive way, or garage as requested by you. The Company will only take away the old appliance if they are sitting outside your home and easily accessible. The Company takes no responsibility for appliance left at the home of customer that is not present, such as damage, weather conditions or theft. Appliances are only left at customer homes with prior customer consent and approval written and sign. The Company charges a delivery fee for every attempt customer is not at home for delivery, delivery person will wait for 15 minutes for customer arrival after that, it is the customer responsibility to pay for additional delivery.
Dryer vents are not supplied. Refrigerator water lines are not supplied.
Important: The Company will not under any circumstances be responsible for any damage claims to merchandise, personal
property or floors made after the customer accepts and signs for the item received in satisfactory condition.
Note Also,
• The appliance includes a 90-day warranty in parts and 60 months labor.
• Accessories not included in warranty.
• Ice Maker and Water Dispenser on refrigerators not included in warranty.
• If product is fixed or worked on by someone not appointed by The Company,
warranty is void.
• Warranty is only effective in the store.
• All sales are final, no cash back.
• No receipt No warranty.
• We are not responsible for food loss.
• Layaway is valid for 30 days only.
• Not responsible for manufacturing or transportation delays.
• Appliance is sold in As-Is condition.
OUR WARRANTY
Option 1
ACKNOWLEDGE FOR APPLIANCE DELIVERY (For appliance delivery only)
Delivery fee is for one trip only, if you are not home at the time of the delivery, you will have to call the store to schedule a new delivery and you will have to pay the additional delivery. The driver will not remove any doors at your house unless otherwise specified on the invoice. The driver will not wait more than 10 minutes for the customer to remove any doors. The driver will not move any appliances in the house. The driver will not install any appliances unless otherwise specified on the invoice. In case of mobile home if there are stairs, appliance will be placed outside mobile home unless otherwise specified on the invoice. All appliance schedule for delivery will be placed on the porch or garage if they do not fit through the door. Delivery does not include installation. If customer purchases installation we will install and level the appliance in the appropriate area, however we will not remove any doors if the case may be unless otherwise specified on the invoice. There are no REFUNDS ON DELIVERIES.
WE WILL NOT INSTALL ANY GAS APPLIANCES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
OPTION 2
ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF GOODS/PROOF OF DELIVERY (For customer pick up only)
If you take your appliance home in your own vehicle you understand that only major mechanical errors are covered under the warranty. If you lay the appliance down or cosmetically damage the appliance it is not covered under this warranty. Please discuss proper handling with an associate. If you damage the item during transit or installation, it is not The Company responsibility to repair or replace the product. We may be able to help you tie your purchase (customer must bring their own rope or straps), however the sales rep, the company or any other person involve in the company is not responsible if product falls, is damage or breaks prior, during or after transportation. If you take your appliance home, you understand you are responsible to bring the appliance to the store for any repair needed.
