Return / Exchange Policies
At Trevino Appliance, your total satisfaction is our top priority. Your purchase is backed by a 7-day exchange guarantee*(only for used appliances) and each appliance is fully covered by the original company’s warranty. At the moment we do not offer returns. All sales are final.
In-store purchase exchange policy
If an exchange is made for any reason other than damage or malfunction, a $50 pickup or delivery charge and a minimum 25% restocking fee may be assessed to each exchanged item. For further assistance on exchanges, please contact your sales associate.
Layaway is only valid for 30 days, if you need an extension please call your sales rep and he will be able to help you. No Refunds on layaway.
Damage merchandise / damage to home
If while transporting the merchandise a damage is made to your home floors, walls, etc, please note it specifically on the delivery receipt and have the carrier agent acknowledge by signing. Contact us within 24 hours to report. Call your sales rep or email us at email@example.com
Dealing with defective merchandise
Nearly all products offered by Trevino Appliance include a five-year company’s limited warranty (see the back of your receipt). If you receive a product that is functionally defective, contact your sales rep to set up an appointment or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will arrange to have your appliance serviced by an authorized technician. If product is deemed irreparable by one of our authorized service technicians, product will be exchanged at no additional cost to you.
